Cassie is playing volleyball at the Y again. She is really enjoying her team and she has an awesome coach that she just loves. In the past seasons Cassie was pretty hard on herself, particularly on her serves. Well, after just a few practices, her serves really improved. As a matter of fact, in her first game, her team was losing 18 to 23. Cass gets up to serve with a very determined look on her face. Serve one...over the net! Serve two... over the net! Cassie served seven straight serves over the net. Final score 25-23. Cassie's team wins their first game!
This girl is on fire...
While Cassie is keeping her "eye on the ball", Courtney is keeping her eye to herself. Or maybe I should say, her eye germs to herself. Courtney woke up yesterday with pink eye.
She wasn't very cooperative with the camera.
Courtney says pink eye stinks but it did get her a couple days off of school and a couple of extra days to study for that big History test.
