Patrick and I celebrated 19 years of marriage on June 28th. We were able to get away for a couple of days. We spent 2 nights at the Valley Ho, a retro hotel in Scottsdale. It's a real neat place. We had ice cream sundaes in a cute little soda shop. I'm sure Patrick enjoyed being surrounded by the pink walls, pink stripped wallpaper and the cute pink soda fountain tables and chairs. We also toured the Apache Trail a little. June is not the time to tour the desert so we took a few picts, visited a nearby lake, found a new campground, and headed back to the hotel.
