There's another teenager in the house!
On Friday Cassie turned 13! No more getting into the movies at the kid's price.
Cassie is part of Teen Court at her school. She actually gets to listen to real cases and participates as part of the jury. Several times she has got to be the jury foreman. Cass is very interested in law.
We just got a letter in the mail last week informing us that Cassie has been nominated for National Jr. Honor Society. Last year she was nominated for Who's Who and is published in the Who's Who Registry of Academic Excellence 2007/2008.
She also just signed up to play volleyball for the Y. She is one busy girl.
In her spare time she likes to read. She and her sister read books faster than anyone I know. She also watches, along with dad and Courtney, as many CSI and Law and Order SVU (oh, and ER)shows that she can in a day. She is very thankful for the DVR.
We are excited to see what the next year will bring for Cassie!
