On October 4, 2000 our family became complete with the birth of our baby boy, Connor Patrick Gibbs!
Patrick was away this past weekend and we will be in California next weekend so I decided to throw a quick lunch together, on Sunday, so that Connor could at least celebrate with his grandparents, Aunts and Uncles. Connor's favorite food is spaghetti and meatballs, that made for an easy lunch! We also had some salad, garlic bread, chocolate cupcakes and ice cream. This was the fastest, thrown together "party"that I have ever hosted but I think it went pretty well.
