Connor celebrated his birthday with family and friends. We decided on an "Olympics" theme so we borrowed our church so we would have plenty of outdoor space. We didn't have your traditional Olympic games our games were a little sillier than what you'd normally see. After each child signed in and made their flag to represent their team they competed in 6 events; A water race which involved a sponge, a cup, and a scooter, a marshmellow throwing contest, an obstacle course, three legged race, a bubble gum blowing contest, and a whistling contest (with a mouthful of crackers). Connor is always up for a little friendly competition so this theme was right up his alley! We ended the party with a pinata and cupcakes.
